The ULTIMATE $5k Kids' Party Giveaway - Full Terms & Conditions

  1. The promoter is The Field Bar, in partnership with Supa Dupa Kids Parties, Craft and Keep, Bondi Road Balloons, Bounceorama, Magnolia Party Planners, and Caked by Zena.

  2. Eligibility. The giveaway is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees and immediate family members of the promoter or any participating supplier are not eligible to enter.

  3. Entry period. The giveaway opens at 12:00am AEST on Friday 1 May 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Friday 22 May 2026. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

  4. How to enter. To be eligible, entrants must complete all of the following during the entry period: (a) like the giveaway post on Instagram; (b) follow all seven participating supplier accounts on Instagram; and (c) tag at least one friend in the comments of the giveaway post. Each separate comment tagging a different friend constitutes one additional entry. Tagging the same person multiple times does not count as additional entries. Sharing the post to your Instagram Story earns one bonus entry (story must be public and must remain live at time of winner selection).

  5. Winner selection. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries during the week commencing 25 May 2026. The winner will be announced on the giveaway post and contacted via Instagram direct message. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner will be selected.

  6. The prize. The prize comprises:

    • Venue hire and catering (upstairs space) at The Field Bar, including a welcome drinks package (bubbles) for adults

    • Children's entertainment package from Supa Dupa Kids Parties

    • Sunglasses craft station from Craft and Keep

    • Balloon arch and decorations from Bondi Road Balloons

    • Bouncy castle hire from Bounceorama

    • Styling and backdrop from Magnolia Party Planners

    • Birthday cake from Caked by Zena 

    • Total prize value is approximately $5,375 AUD.

  7. Prize conditions.

    • The prize is valid for a single party of up to 30 children, with guests aged 12 years and under. Parents must be present for the duration of the party.

    • The prize must be redeemed by 25 October 2026. No extensions will be granted.

    • The party is held at The Field Bar (upstairs venue space). Subject to availability; the winner must coordinate directly with each supplier to confirm bookings.

    • The winner consents to photography and/or videography being taken at the party for use by the promoter and participating suppliers on social media and marketing materials.

    • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

    • Individual prize components may not be redeemed separately.

  8. Liability. The promoter takes no responsibility for entries lost, delayed, or misdirected. The promoter and participating suppliers accept no liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the giveaway or use of the prize.

  9. Privacy. Personal information collected in connection with this giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the promotion in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
